Yearly meeting for a large corporate client held in Orlando, Florida. Over 750 guests were greeted with an out-of this world themed event featuring an impressive 90′ plus stage with 3 gigantic LED screens and a semi circular ceiling treatment. WB studio was responsible for creating an incredible foyer, 20 branded booths, red carpet event, on-site registration, photography, videographer and so much more. This was certainly one for the books!
